Job summary

Goldman Sachs’ Asset & Wealth Management Division seeks an Associate to lead Change Management on high-priority initiatives. You will collaborate with Deal Execution, Sales, and Product Managers to design solutions, manage risks, and realize benefits across the business.

As part of Global Change Management, you will drive governance, monitor progress, and ensure measurable outcomes while coordinating with engineers and operations teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ relevant experience in a comparable role.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and data gathering skills.
• Change management: business case definition, scope, issues, risks, dependencies and test execution.
• Proven track record of driving solutions and benefits delivery.
• Experience empowering teams and resolving conflicts on large programs.
• Hands-on, able to coach team members to high performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex business challenges and structure solutions to deliver tangible benefits.
• Lead cross-divisional initiatives, applying governance tools to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
