Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, seeks an assembler at its Tanauan City, Philippines facility to perform routine assembly tasks and help ensure on-time product delivery.

Responsibilities include assembling electrical and mechanical components per blueprints, using hand tools, and collaborating with Manufacturing to hit daily and monthly targets. Senior high school graduates with 1–3 years’ experience are welcome; familiarity with CI, Kaizen and 5S is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior high school graduates welcome; 1–3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing tools techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly, and has multiple skill level for assembly activities
• Has the initiative in work and a good team worker
• Assembles and/or installs various electrical and/or mechanical components where operation and sequence are specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams or previously established shop practices.
• Utilizes small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
• Work with Manufacturing team to ensure Product on time delivery by ensuring attainment of daily and monthly production target.
