Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is hiring onsite assembly staff in Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines. You will perform routine assembly prep, handle multi-skill tasks, and test components per blueprints, while working with the Quality Team to ensure compliance with standards. Fresh senior high school graduates are welcome; 1–3 years of related experience is an advantage.

Reading simple instructions and teamwork are essential. Shift is 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, onsite work.

What You Will Do

• Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly, and has multiple skill level for assembly activities.
• Handle more complex equipment and machinery. Ability to perform quick failure analysis and propose actions to the team lead/supervisor.
• Assembles and/or installs, Test various electrical and/or mechanical components where operation and sequence are specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams or previously established shop practices.
• Work with Quality Team to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company systems and procedures, meeting customer / international. Has the initiative in work and a good team worker.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

• Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1 - 3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable Preferably with experience in manufacturing tools techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
• Perform routine task in preparation in assembly, and has multiple skill level for assembly activities
