Collins Aerospace in Tanauan, Batangas is seeking a onsite Assembly Technician to support routine assembly tasks and equipment handling in a manufacturing environment. You will read blueprints and wire lists to assemble and test components, with an emphasis on quality and teamwork.

The role welcomes senior high school graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of related experience; training and Kaizen/5S familiarity are a plus, and a reliable work ethic is essential for early shift operations.

What You Will Do

• Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly, and has multiple skill level for assembly activities.
• Handle more complex equipment and machinery. Ability to perform quick failure analysis and propose actions to the team lead/supervisor.
• Assembles and/or installs, Test various electrical and/or mechanical components where operation and sequence are specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams or previously established shop practices.
• Work with Quality Team to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company systems and procedures, meeting customer / international. Has the initiative in work and a good team worker.
• Other duties may be assigned

What You Will Learn

Qualifications You Must Have

• Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply
