What You Will Do

• Execute Assembly Processes: Meticulously perform assembly tasks by strictly following the procedures outlined in the appropriate Work Instructions.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Adhere to all applicable procedures and specifications. You will be empowered to hold any in‑process run that falls below the trigger yield or is off‑specification, promptly informing the Production Supervisor for disposition.
• Champion Safety: Comply with all applicable safety rules and regulations as written in the SSE-OSH Occupational Safety and Health Manual. Immediately report any observed workplace hazards, unsafe conditions, injuries, or near‑miss incidents to your supervisor.
• Maintain Workplace Excellence: Actively implement and sustain 5S principles and excellent housekeeping practices within the workplace to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Uphold Company Standards: Comply with all company rules and regulations as detailed in the Code of Employee Discipline.
• Communicate & Improve: Keep your supervisor informed of any anomalies, problems, potential improvements, or other work‑related issues encountered in the production area. Proactively make work suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Develop & Adapt: Attend all required trainings to stay current with best practices and willingly accept cross‑training and reassignments to other areas or shifts to enhance your flexibility and support the team’s needs.
