You will be empowered to hold any in-process run that falls below the trigger yield or is off-specification, promptly informing the Production Supervisor for disposition.* **Champion Safety:** Comply with all applicable safety rules and regulations as written in the SSE-OSH Occupational Safety and Health Manual. Immediately report any observed workplace hazards, unsafe conditions, injuries, or near-miss incidents to your supervisor.* **Maintain Workplace Excellence:** Actively implement and sustain 5S principles and excellent housekeeping practices within the workplace to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.* **Uphold Company Standards:** Comply with all company rules and regulations as detailed in the Code of Employee Discipline.* **Communicate & Improve:** Keep your supervisor informed of any anomalies, problems, potential improvements, or other work-related issues encountered in the production area.
