Job summary

COMPLEX INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT PHILIPPINES INC. is looking for a Production Operator to operate a semi-automatic line and assemble products according to manuals. You will perform visual inspections, handle transport boxes, and complete production documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in logistics or assembly, can communicate in English, and meets the height requirement of 165 cm. Night/afternoon shifts may apply in a continuous operation schedule.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience: at least 2 years in logistics or as an assembly operator.
• Must be able to communicate in English and request materials from warehouse staff.
• Height: Minimum 165 cm for lifting and carrying heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a semi-automatic production line and assemble products according to manuals.
• Perform visual inspections and assemble components; handle transport boxes and non-conforming parts; complete production documentation.
• Monitor process parameters and finished product quality during shifts (Mon–Fri, 8-hour night/afternoon).

Job Description:

• Operation of a semi-automatic line. Assembly of products according to manuals, manual work, use of tools (manual/electric wrench for tightening). Scanning components using a computer. Maintaining productivity and quality at the given workstation.
• Perform visual inspections and assembly of components according to instructions. Handle transport boxes and non-conforming parts. Complete production documentation. Operate production line equipment and monitor process parameters and finished product
• Experience as a production operator in a similar position (2–5 years). Reliability, loyalty, and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued. Willingness to work in a continuous operation (Mon–Fri 8-hour shifts in a Night/Afterno
