Job description

Internship opportunity for Assembly Engineers to perform equipment maintenance, support continuous improvements, and interpret technical drawings in Carmona, Cavite.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Perform equipment Periodic PM and Buy-off for Assembly EOL.
• Support equipment continuous improvements in collaboration with Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, and Process Engineering teams.
• Measure, construct, and repair precision tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and repair major issues on EOL equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on tooling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Recommend improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support PM/Calibration activities of Post Test Equipment under supervision.
• Perform actual PM/Calibration of Post Test Equipment and complete related documentation until closure.

About You

The company is looking for:

• BS Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar; PLC skills are an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematic diagrams.
• Physically fit to perform job duties.
