Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a cross-functional engineer to support resiliency activities across manufacturing and design teams.

You will collaborate with REL, Test, Equipment, and planning groups to strengthen processes and product readiness. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Materials Science, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering and 0–1 year of experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate Engineering aptitude.
• Can work with cross-functional teams.
• Can multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports Materials Declaration generation as part of product requirement.
• Supports ADI wide Assembly Resiliency activity.
• Supports Assembly Engineering activities (Bonding Diagram creation, Process Flow creation, Mechanical simulation, and Package Outline Drawing review). Communicates with cross-functional teams inside (REL, Test, Equipment, Resident Engg, Planning) and outside ADI.
