Job summary

Hatasu Philippines is seeking an assembler to build e-bike units, ensuring quality and supporting continuous improvement in the assembly process.

You will assemble frames and components, install mechanical and electrical systems, and conduct final testing and inspections to ensure safety standards. The role also involves maintaining tools, keeping the workspace orderly, and assisting in training teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• 6 months of experience is advantageous but not required.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble e-bike frames and components.
• Install mechanical, electrical wiring, and battery systems.
• Perform final inspection, testing, and quality checks.
• Ensure all units meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Assist in training fellow assemblers when needed.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly of e-bike frames and parts


• Install mechanical components, electrical wiring, and battery systems


• Conduct final inspection, checking, and testing of completed units


• Ensure all units meet quality and safety standards


• Maintain proper handling and care of assembled units


• Assist in training and improving the skills of fellow assemblers when needed


• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment in the factory


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School, Vocational, or Diploma holders are welcome to apply


• With at least 6 months of experience is an advantage, but not required


• Willing to learn and be trained


• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions

Work Details

• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM


• Open for overtime (OT) when needed


• Salary: Based on location/area
