Job summary

NTT Data Philippines is seeking an entry-level Enterprise Applications Consultant to support project delivery and documentation in a hybrid work environment in Metro Manila. You will collaborate with mentors and contribute to testing, implementation, and end-user documentation.

You will gain exposure across the full project lifecycle and grow by participating in workshops, configuration discussions, and client engagements while advancing your enterprise applications knowledge.

Qualifications

• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Basic knowledge of systems, software, and programming languages.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Preferred enterprise application-specific certifications and certification in one functional area of application.
• Entry-level experience as an Enterprise Applications Consultant in one or more applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.).
• Entry-level experience across project lifecycles from scoping to post go-live.
• Entry-level experience providing technical guidance for planning, design, and implementation of enterprise applications.
• Entry-level client engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of an assigned mentor.
• Assist with completion of less complex tasks and activities.
• Provide project administration and documentation support.
• Assist with functional testing of less complex assigned applications.
• Support delivery projects throughout the lifecycle of enterprise application projects.
• Assist with project implementation and technical preparation of business process workflows and procedures.
• Help prepare end-user documentation and user manuals.
• Participate in process design workshops and configuration discussions.
• Continuously develop skills as an Enterprise Applications Consultant/Implementation Specialist and gain business knowledge.
