Job summary

Arch Global Services is seeking a Deputy Team Leader in our Claims Operations team to oversee daily workflows, escalate issues, and support team coaching. You will partner with the Team Leader to manage workload, maintain SLA adherence, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a pathway into more senior leadership, exposure across BAU and project work, and close collaboration with offshore-onshore stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of claims operations and service line processes.

Responsibilities

• Smooth daily workflow management and escalation handling.
• SLA adherence and reporting consistency across the team.
• Proactive intake forecasting and resource planning, ensuring adequate coverage during PTO and high-volume periods.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to analysts, supporting skill development and performance improvement.
• Participate in induction and training of new joiners, alongside the Trainer and Team Lead.
• Help to foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.
