Amex GBT is seeking an ASP.NET MVC Software Developer in Manila to design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications for travel services and operations. The role focuses on modernizing legacy systems, cybersecurity compliance, and API connectivity with vendor services.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in ASP.NET/C#/MVC.
• 2 years' experience in jQuery, AJAX
• 3 years' experience in SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, PostgreSQL
• Visual Studio 2019/2022
• React.js (2 years)
• Knowledge of Git source control
• Experience with online/offline booking systems (Concur, Amadeus, Travelport+)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications supporting travel services and operations.
• Migrate legacy applications to updated platforms with industry best practices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues; monitor system capacity and uptime.
• Create software documentation and architecture diagrams; adhere to standards and security.
• Collaborate to define system specifications, design architecture, perform testing, and document source code.
