Job summary

CITIC CLSA is seeking a junior to mid-level client services professional to monitor trades across Asia, support client origination, and manage accounts as a key relationship owner. You will work with the Execution Quant team to produce TCA reports and participate in on-boarding and client requests.

The role requires strong English, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years experience in a low touch trading related role preferred.
• Able to deal with numbers and solve problems analytically and efficiently.
• Quantitative skillset would be a plus.
• Experience with client facing would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks under time pressure.
• Strong command of English.
• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, OR relevant work experience in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client trades across 13 equity markets in Asia.
• Client origination and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Take up client account management as LT key relationship manager.
• Collaborate with Execution Quant team to compile TCA reports for execution consultancy.
• Prepare updates on news and market events for clients and team members.
• Handle client onboarding and respond to client requests.
• Participate in system improvements and provide feedback to the Algo Development team.
