Job summary

EY in the Philippines seeks a Learning Deployment Coordinator – Associate to support the ASEAN Learning & Development team. You’ll manage end-to-end logistics for global, regional, and country learning programs, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliant delivery of courses across virtual and physical classrooms.

Key responsibilities include event logistics, participant and instructor management, CE processing, reporting, and budget/vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in learning deployment coordination or events a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment of Global/Regional/Country learning courses across delivery channels.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and coordinate learning administration.
• Oversee class and participant management including registrations and CE processing.
• Provide end-to-end logistics for learning events and produce virtual sessions.
• Monitor reporting, compliance, and post-course administration.
