Job description

The Route Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing daily LPG delivery and sales operations across designated routes. This includes supervising personnel, optimizing route performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to following ESGVI’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Route Selling
  • Manage and monitor overall performance of route customers for commercial and retail outlets.
  • Take orders and manage delivery schedules of products.
  • Ensure that all customers are efficiently and timely served with the help of drivers and helpers.
  • Conduct weekly audits on the delivered customers with existing on-loaned cylinders and gas line pipe to ensure proper usage and condition.
  • Provide market information such as competitors pricing and marketing initiatives.
  • Update customer’s price dipstick on a daily basis.
  • Ensure timely collection within the approved term
  • Collate and raise customer’s feedback and concern to the department manager.
  • Prepare and submit daily routes sales reports to the plant sales manager.
OHSE CONFORMANCE
  • Participates in the "Occupational Health, Safety and Environment" (OH, Safety, & Environment) programs at plant level and ensures that it is in accordance with the management’s OHSE objectives and directions.
  • Coordinate with OHSE on the implementation of health programs.
  • Ensure safety compliance of personnel within territory.
COMPLIANCE (STATUTORY & REGULATORY)
  • Ensure that business activities are conducted in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures;
  • Ensure that all regulatory permits remain current and appropriate for business needs;
  • Provide reporting with respect to regulatory requirements and developments
  • Develop compliance checklists and prepare compliance reports, as and when due
  • Inform the Internal Audit unit of any findings as regards non-compliance that may require investigation
  • Ensuring compliance with best practices
Others

Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by leadership to ensure alignment with company goals, policies, and evolving business needs.
