Job summary

Nexchem is seeking a motivated Area Sales Representative to promote and market its agricultural chemical products. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers, and achieve sales targets within your assigned territories in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, knowledge of the agri-chemical sector, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in Agri-Chemicals.
• Strong understanding of sales process and dynamics.
• Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
