Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our flour business channel strategies for Mindanao area through a team of salespeople to achieve long-term company goals. Participates in the establishment of the national strategies and long-range plans to ensure realization of organization’s mission and vision.
Qualifications
- College Graduate preferably in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics or any business-related courses
- With at least 10 years experience in sales and distribution, with proven good track record, or at least 2 years experience for the same position
- Experience in FMCG-Food, commodity (Rice, Sugar, Shortenings, Cooking oil), and/or Flour & Bakery ingredients preferred
- Must be willing to travel up to 60% of work schedule
- Willing to be assigned in Northern Mindanao
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Volume and Revenue Management
- Ensures achievement of the annual objectives or financial forecast of the assigned area for both sell-in and sell-out
- Ensures month-on-month achievement of approved area sales volume and revenue objectives per category for both sell-in and sell-out
- Reviews and drives sales team’s adherence to the company’s directions and standards to facilitate operational efficiency leading to consistent sales target achievement
- Channel and Brand Portfolio Management
- Business and Market Development
- Financial and Accounts Receivable Management
- Managing Business Partner / Business Consultancy
- Monitors and analyzes competitive activities and recommends or initiates tactical intervention to protect sales performance
- Ensures maintenance of a comprehensive and updated scorecard containing metrics data relevant to area operations in coordination with handled team and sales support groups
