Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source the manpower complement needed within the area assignment.
• Lead the training of manpower and ensure contracts compliance.
• Supervise and lead a team and ensure compliance with project execution.
• Monitor and assess team performance.
• Assign and guide team leaders according to project strategy.
• Ensure timely submission of team leaders' daily reports.
• Track project allocations and ensure targets are met.
• Lead troubleshooting of project-related concerns.
• Prepare budget requests and handle budgets of manpower movements.
