Smoovee Philippines is opening its first Philippine branch and seeks an Area Operations Supervisor to establish and manage branch operations across multiple sites.

You will supervise 3–5 branches, monitor daily operations, inventory, staff performance, and ensure service standards. Willingness to travel and weekend work are required.

This role offers a fixed monthly salary and benefits including HMO, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and transportation allowance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles.
• Multi-branch management experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, independent, and team-oriented.
• Willing to travel between branches and perform field work.
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays when needed.
• Willing to report for management meeting at least once a week to the Head Office at 37 Maryland St. cor. Don Egea St., Brgy. Pinagkaisahan, Cubao, Quezon City

We are opening our first Philippine branch at Greenhills Mall San Juan City and SM Fairview Quezon City and are looking for an experienced Area Operations Supervisor to help establish and manage our branch operations.
