A leading company in the FMCG sector is seeking a Sales Leader to drive sales volume and develop local trade programs in the Soccsksargen territory. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least two years of relevant experience, with strong skills in communication, organization, and people management. This role is integral to achieving strategic business objectives with a focus on cultivating key accounts.
Job Description
Lead the team in achieving sales volume targets and other KPIs; guide distributor in achieving reach and coverage targets
Formulate local trade programs that will increase Big E business; Maintains and develops specific key accounts in the territory
Analyzes sell-in and sell-out of distributor, implements key strategies including sales and marketing programs to achieve sales growth
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
At least 2 years of working experience in the FMCG Industry or in a related field is required for this position
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required skill(s): Excellent organizing and planning skills, people management skills, computer proficiency, negotiation skills.
