• Ensure consistent service quality, food safety, and adherence to company standards.

• Lead, coach, and support restaurant managers and their teams to drive performance.

• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.

• Act as a liaison between upper management and restaurant staff, aligning regional goals.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly.

• Analyze KPIs and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Uphold compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
