A leading restaurant chain is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee its multiple locations in the South Area. This role involves ensuring service quality, financial performance, compliance with health regulations, and leading a team of restaurant managers. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing:
Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations.
Ensure consistent service quality, food safety, and adherence to company standards.
Lead, coach, and support restaurant managers and their teams to drive performance.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Act as a liaison between upper management and restaurant staff, aligning regional goals.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational efficiency and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze KPIs and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Uphold compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Drive customer satisfaction and brand consistency across all locations.
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing restaurant leaders.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree
With a minimum of at least 3 years experience in the same field
Can handle multiple branches from SOUTH AREA
With experience in financial reporting
Must be willing to travel at all times
