Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee multiple stores within the assigned area, ensuring efficient operations and consistent customer service. You will drive sales targets, implement policies, and coach store personnel across the network.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years of experience in F&B, manufacturing, or FMCG. Lead with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on scheduling and manpower planning, based in Sariaya,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in food/manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores, or restaurant industries.
• Strong interpersonal, detail-orientation, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Experience with manpower planning and scheduling is a plus.
• Proven leadership and customer management abilities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Area Coordinator who will oversee the efficient and profitable operations of assigned stores, ensure consistent customer service, achieve sales targets, and implement company policies and standards. In this role, you will also manage store employees through coaching, performance evaluation, scheduling, and task assignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area

• Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue

• Develop safe and positive work environment for operations personnel

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services

• Analyze expenses and sales income and find opportunities for cost-effectiveness profitability

• Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training operations personnel.

• Train store personnel on daily responsibilities, promotions, and customer service.

• Evaluate performance of store leaders and develop career plans.

• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by all store personnel.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE PART OF THE TEAM

• Must have a bachelor's degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, fast-moving consumer goods, convenience stores and the restaurant industry.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem management, and time management

• Familiar with SWOT Analysis, Forecasting, Sales and Cost Analysis

• Has a background in Manpower Planning and Scheduling

• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
