Job summary

Alfamart is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee the efficient and profitable operations of assigned stores in San Pedro City, Laguna. You will ensure consistent customer service, achieve sales targets, and implement company policies and standards.

You will manage store employees through coaching, performance evaluation, scheduling, and task assignment, building a safe, positive work environment and driving cost-effective profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in food and manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores or restaurant industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem management, and time management.
• Familiar with SWOT Analysis, Forecasting, Sales and Cost Analysis.
• Background in manpower planning and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE PART OF THE TEAM

• Must have a bachelor's degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, fast-moving consumer goods, convenience stores and the restaurant industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem management, and time management
• Familiar with SWOT Analysis, Forecasting, Sales and Cost Analysis
• Has a background in Manpower Planning and Scheduling
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Willing to be assigned: San Pedro City, Laguna
