Job summary

JOBS360 is seeking a skilled Metalwork Draftsperson to join our team in the Philippines. You will develop precise 3D models and technical drawings for custom metalwork, railings, and architectural metal components, ensuring fabrication readiness.

You will interpret design concepts, create shop drawings with material specs, cutting lists, welding details, and assembly instructions, and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and fabricators to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Metalwork Draftsperson or related role.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and technical drawings for metal structures.
• Prepare fabrication and shop drawings with cut lists and welding details.
• Produce exploded views and production files for manufacturing.
• Interpret design concepts and project specs to create accurate docs.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and fabricators to meet requirements.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and fabrication-ready.
• Revise drawings from design changes and site measurements.
• Maintain organized drawing files and project records.
• Identify fabrication challenges and propose manufacturability improvements.
