Job summary

A local event management company is looking for an intern currently enrolled in BS Architecture to assist in design preparations and documentation. You'll work on architectural plans, support project teams, and handle 3D renderings using tools like AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidate should excel in design and communication, and be available to start as soon as possible. This is an on-site position located in Quezon City and requires no prior experience.

Qualifications

• Must be in 4th or 5th year of BS Architecture.
• Requires excellence in design, organization, and communications.
• Experience with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering applications preferred.

Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of design presentations;
• Support multi-disciplinary team in developing designs, schematic sketches/diagrams, and documentation drawings;
• Prepare presentations for active projects and for marketing or internal research;
• Conduct building documentation and analysis for existing-conditions survey, code or sustainability;
• Prepare design documents in various media and applications;
• Effective teaming within the project team;
• Assist in the streamlining of the architectural design process from conceptual design through overall completion of projects;
• Prepares architectural plans and 3D renderings;
• Working with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Perform redline changes and revisions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in BS Architecture (4th or 5th year)
• Excellence in design, organization and communications;
• Experience with Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, rendering and modeling applications.
• Amenable to working in Quezon City
• Able to start ASAP
