Rockwell Land Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Construction Architectural Inspector to ensure quality during the architectural works throughout construction. You will conduct site inspections, punch lists, and monitor progress against approved plans and standards.

You will review drawings, coordinate with contractors and consultants, document inspections, and facilitate NSC meetings, ensuring coordination with structural, MEPF, and other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed Architect status is required.
• Experience in architectural construction, site inspection, or project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, construction methods, and codes.

Responsabilités

• Conduct site inspections and punch listing of architectural works.

As a Construction Architectural Inspector, you will help ensure the quality and proper execution of architectural works throughout the construction process. You will conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure works are completed according to approved plans, specifications, and project standards.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct site inspections and punch listing of architectural works
• Monitor ongoing construction and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Review and organize architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and other construction documents
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to address site and design concerns
• Monitor the proper and timely rectification of identified defects and punch-list items
• Organize and facilitate architectural NSC meetings and coordinate the resolution of construction issues
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEPF, and other disciplines
• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and project documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect
• Relevant experience in architectural construction, site inspection, or project supervision
• Strong knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, construction methods, and applicable building codes and regulations
• Knowledgeable in fire protection, construction safety, materials, and equipment
• Good understanding of structural, architectural, MEPF, and other construction disciplines
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
