Your Role:

As a Architectural Draftsperson & Bim Manager, you will:

• Use Revit Software to detail conceptual residential models into construction plans and documentation. Customize Revit families and templates to provide greater integration with estimating software and improve efficiency in design.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Advanced Revit skills, ideally architectural degree qualified.
• Advanced Revit Family creation and modification skills.
• Minimum 5-8 years Revit usage. Ideally experienced within an Architectural firm with strong BIM management and systems.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Advanced technical competency with Revit.
• Structural framing knowledge is an advantage.
• Rendering skills are an advantage with interior design knowledge.
• Desire to understand Australian Residential design and building codes.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Desire to improve systems, content and Revit customization for interoperability with Rib CostX estimating.
• Australian residential drafting experience is an advantage.
