Job description

The primary task is to prepare complex and detailed architectural and interior designs, drawings, and diagrams using computer-aided design and graphics software. This includes developing CAD files based on notes, sketches, schematics and technical guidelines in a timely and accurate manner. Preference will be given for Revit-proficient applicants.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in the field of Architecture or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Autodesk Revit, Google SketchUp, AutoCad (2D) & Photoshop
• At least 1 year of working experience in the field of Architecture/Interior Design is required for this position.
• Highly capable in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCad
• Team player, possessing Initiative and is capable of working with minimum supervision
• Willing to be trained and with a positive mental attitude
• Capable of multi-tasking, able to analyze and prioritize tasks
• Proactive, Hardworking, Driven, and Open-Minded type of individual
• Should be a fast-learner and detail-oriented, thorough with his/her work
• Must possess good work ethic, moral character
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City or in a Work From Home set up
