Job summary

South Meats is seeking an Autocad Draftsman in Imus, Cavite who will lead architectural design development from schematic stages to construction drawings. You will coordinate with engineers, review shop drawings, and respond to RFIs while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of autocad design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and MS Office, and strong site coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and MS Office.
• Strong coordination and communication with project teams.
• Licensed Architect (PRC) is an advantage.
• Familiar with local building codes and site duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from schematic to construction drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical and other engineers.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and material submittals for accuracy.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure plan conformance.
