The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their work for UK firms and significant experience with working drawings. This role involves developing detailed architectural designs, producing high-quality working drawings, and ensuring compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
• Produce detailed working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
• Review and assess architectural work completed for UK firms to demonstrate capabilities.
• Ensure designs comply with local and international building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure designs are being implemented accurately.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
