• Design & Planning: Create and develop architectural designs, blueprints, and plans for buildings and structures, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
• Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on design options, materials, and costs.
• Project Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring designs are followed, timelines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
• Compliance & Permits: Ensure designs meet local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in architectural design, project management, and construction oversight.
• Skills: Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), strong knowledge of building codes, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Licensing: Licensed Architect or ability to obtain licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
