HSO Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Architect to prepare comprehensive architectural plans, layouts, and construction documents for multiple company projects in the Philippines. You will coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing professionals to ensure integrated designs.
Responsibilities include site inspections, review of drawings and specs, and assisting in permit approvals.
Prepare and develop architectural plans, designs, layouts, working drawings, and construction documents for company projects.
Develop architectural concepts and design solutions based on project requirements, functionality, aesthetics, budget, and site conditions.
Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, material requirements, and other technical documents.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and other technical professionals to ensure proper integration of project designs.
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure that works are implemented according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify and resolve architectural and design-related issues encountered during project implementation.
Review and evaluate shop drawings, material samples, as-built drawings, and other project submissions.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project personnel regarding architectural requirements and project concerns.
Attend project meetings and provide technical recommendations and updates regarding architectural works.
Assist in the preparation of project estimates, bill of quantities, specifications, and other documents when required.
Monitor project progress and report architectural concerns, deviations, delays, and required corrective actions to management.
Ensure that architectural designs and project implementation comply with applicable building codes, regulations, safety requirements, and other government requirements.
Assist in securing and preparing documents required for building permits, approvals, and other regulatory requirements.
Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods based on project requirements and approved design.
Review proposed changes, substitutions, and revisions to architectural works and provide appropriate technical recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of architectural plans, revisions, project documents, and other technical files.
Provide technical support to management and other departments concerning architectural and construction-related matters.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Preferably with relevant work experience in the field of Architecture, Construction, or related industries.
