Job summary

ABE Architecture Outsourced is seeking a genuinely senior ARCHICAD Architect to join our Subic Bay, Philippines team on-site. You will work with around 20 architectural and technical staff, delivering international projects for Australian clients with high-end residential and multi-residential scopes.

The role requires senior-level ARCHICAD proficiency, strong BIM skills, and an architecture background. Australian or Singaporean project experience is highly desirable. On-site only.

Qualifications

• Senior ARCHICAD experience mandatory.
• Professional experience in Architecture is mandatory.
• Australian and/or Singaporean project experience strongly preferred.
• Portfolio/work samples in ARCHICAD must be submitted.
• Remote, hybrid or work-from-home arrangements are NOT available.

We are looking for aSenior ARCHICAD Architectto join our established in-house team inSubic Bay, Philippines.

You will work alongside approximately20 skilled architectural and technical staff, supporting Australian clients across a range of substantial projects, including:

• Residential
• High-end residential
• Multi-residential
• High-rise and tower developments
• Complex architectural documentation and BIM projects

This is an opportunity to work oninternational projectsalongside an experienced team and contribute to projects delivered to professional Australian standards.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are specifically looking for someone who isgenuinely senior-level in ARCHICADand can contribute immediately with minimal supervision.

Applicants should have:

• Advanced proficiency inGRAPHISOFT ARCHICAD
• Professional experience inArchitecture
• Strong BIM and architectural documentation skills
• Strong understanding of architectural/interior detailing
• Ability to independently work through complex projects
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong understanding of professional project workflows
• PreviousAustralian and/or Singaporean project experiencehighly desirable

COMPENSATION

₱40,000–₱50,000 per month, depending on experience and technical capability.

Candidates at the upper end of the range should demonstrategenuinely advanced ARCHICAD skills, together with relevant international project experience, particularly Australian or Singaporean work.

You must be willing and able to work full-time from our Subic Bay office.

There isno remote, work-from-home or hybrid optionfor this position.
