A leading entertainment company is seeking a Store Manager for their new location in Iloilo City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in store management, preferably in amusement or theme parks, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be fully responsible for store operations and management, ensuring normal operations, implementing the company's marketing strategies, and leading store employees to achieve sales targets;

  • Be responsible for the planning and implementation of recreational activities, the division of labor for each position, job training, and continuously improving the business capabilities of employees;

  • Be responsible for the implementation of all store operating standards, inspect and supervise employees to strictly follow the company's service procedures and quality requirements to complete all work, and ensure the safety of the store and customers entering the store;

  • Collect and feedback customers' feedback and requirements on the store, and properly handle customer complaints and various problems encountered in service work;

Preferred qualifications:

  • College degree or above, preferably in management or marketing.

  • At least two years of experience in store management (amusement park and theme park operations), with a basic understanding and implementation experience in store sales management, performance improvement, personnel management, and merchandise management.

  • Proficiency in English for professional communication, plus point if proficient in Mandarin.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, strong ability to handle stress and challenges, and a unique perspective on management.

  • Strong data acumen, with expertise in analyzing, budgeting, summarizing, and planning store data.

Salary Package will be evaluated based on experience and Interview basis
