Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable Services to oversee the AR team, manage daily activities, and ensure accurate billing for hospital and home infusion services. The role emphasizes QA, reporting, and compliance with HIPAA across the department.

The position requires 3+ years in hospital billing, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to work onsite with US night hours. Benefits are provided on hire, supporting ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a hospital business office or similar setting.
• Experience with Hospital/Facility billing and Home Infusion billing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and coordinates follow up to ensure equitable workload and timely collections.
• Performs weekly QA review of team work and productivity.
• Prepares and maintains reports/logs; tracks attendance and PTO usage.
• Trains, mentors, and provides feedback, including disciplinary action as needed.
• Ensures PHI and HIPAA compliance and information security for the team.
