The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of Healthcare BPO experience and a college degree. Responsibilities include reviewing claims, investigating denials, and managing appeals. Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in a Healthcare BPO setting.
• Proficient in medical terminology likely in claims denials.
• Amenable to work onsite during training and shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Review and resolve outstanding claim accounts and denied claims.
• Analyze account history and conduct research for claim resolutions.
• Manage appeals for denied claims by collecting necessary documentation.

Healthcare BPO experience

Knowledgeable in Revenue Cycle Management

Effective communication abilities

Proven problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of insurance payer websites

Educación

Graduate of any college degree
