Job summary

Amazon Manila is seeking a Finance Manager with a strong collections background to lead the Accounts Receivable team and drive strategic initiatives for new business integrations. The role combines operational leadership of a 40–50 person team with program management for onboarding subsidiaries onto AR platforms.

You will own global O2C implementations, standardize processes, and partner with Finance Operations, IT, and product teams to improve efficiency and controls across receivables.

Qualifications

• Finance degree with 8–10 years in Finance or operations and strong collections background.
• Hands-on people manager experience leading 40–50 team members across receivables processes.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written, with ability to influence diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR team of 40–50 and drive program initiatives for new business integrations.
• Oversee end-to-end O2C platform implementations and standardize global processes.
• Develop and improve controllership, policies, and internal controls with SOX alignment.
• Collaborate with global business, finance, operations, IT, and product teams to deliver outcomes.
