Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, invites you to join Aprio's Business Operations - Growth Team as a Marketing Project Coordinator. You will help clients maximize opportunities by coordinating projects, setting expectations, and supporting the team.

This full-time hybrid role offers hands-on exposure to ClickUp, WordPress, HubSpot and PowerBI, with room to learn, grow, and advance within a fast-growing practice that values collaboration, learning, and performance.

Qualifications

• Must understand platforms from intranet maintenance to digital asset management (SharePoint, Brand Folder) and ClickUp for project tracking.
• Knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot and PowerBI is a plus and encouraged to develop through available courses.
• Clear, consistent daily communication with team members and clients to ensure timely progress.
• 3+ years in marketing or related experience with a broad understanding of the marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage the internal client project intake process and set expectations on status and deliverables.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to define expectations and required outcomes.
• Queue new jobs in ClickUp, documenting essential information for task completion.
• Assist Senior Production Manager to monitor projects for on-time delivery.
• Maintain communications and content archives on the internal portal.
• Assist in-house photo studio AV productions and support events with asset delivery.
• Serve as the primary support contact for the Growth Team.

Join Aprio's Business Operations - Growth Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Position Responsibilities

• Managing the internal client project intake process.
• Setting expectations for internal clients on their project status and deliverables.
• Coordinating/communicating with subject matter experts to clearly define expectations.
• Queuing up new jobs and tasks in ClickUp, Aprio’s project management system, consistently documenting pertinent and essential information that is needed for task completion.
• Assisting the Senior Production Manager with monitoring projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintaining communications and content archives on the internal portal.
• Assisting the in-house photo studio manager in AV (audio/video) productions.
• Assisting the events manager with event and asset deliverables.
• Act as the primary support for the Growth Team

Qualifications

• Must be able to develop an understanding of a variety of platforms ranging from back-end intranet maintenance/Sharepoint, Brand Folder - our digital asset management platform and ClickUp - our project management tool.
• Word Press, Hubspot and PowerBI knowledge a plus. This candidate will receive access to a library of courses in which they may build their skills and receive credit for completing said courses (via LinkedIn Learning).
• Must have a clear and consistent communication on a daily basis with the team members and clients is essential to ensure that projects progress in a timely manner and meet our deadlines.
• Experience: 3+ years of marketing or related experience. It is important that the candidate understands the marketing eco-system as well as the follow-up required to make marketing efforts productive.
• Amenable to working either a mid-shift (3:00 PM–12:00 AM PHT) or night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT).
• Open to a hybrid work arrangement, consisting of 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home each week.
