Job summary

Aprio Philippines Incorporated is seeking a Project Specialist to join the Audit team and support clients by organizing Caseware workflows and financial statement conversions. You will work with experienced audit professionals to mitigate financial risks and improve reporting processes.

The role requires a 2-year associate degree (or equivalent) and strong Excel/Caseware skills. Hybrid work setup with initial onsite days at Clark or Makati locations, plus opportunities for growth and CPA

Qualifications

• Possess 2-year associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer and technical skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Use of Caseware/Caseview software is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new software skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up new Caseware binders for client-facing teams, including trial balance import and grouping.
• Conversion of financial statements from Word/Excel into Caseview.
• Verify appropriate setup for CCH Workflow and Suralink software.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Our team of credentialed audit experts work with businesses and industry leaders to avoid financial and business risk that can be distracting, costly, and debilitating if not mitigated. We work with companies to improve financial reporting capabilities, internal controls, evaluate accounting issues, and stay ahead of the curve with new accounting regulations that could have a potential impact on long-term business growth. We help companies assess the quality of information they use to make strategic business decisions and help identify areas where they can improve operating efficiencies.

Position Responsibilities

• Work Setup: Hybrid – Initial 2 months onsite, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week. Work location is either at our Clark or Makati site.
