• Dialing & connecting: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the courses being offered by GMC.
• Qualifying leads: Identify high-potential businesses and decision-makers.
• Booking appointments: Get our Sales Executives in front of the right people.
• Smashing targets: Meet (or exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
• Keeping records: Update the CRM with accurate details after every call.
• Working smart: Collaborate with the team to fine-tune outreach strategies.
