Job Description

Drive the solutioning and assessment of requirements during project implementation phases and activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the solutioning and assessment of requirements during project implementation phases and activities.
• Understand business requirements and processes and translate them to technical language, and vice versa.
• May act as Solutions Designer of a project, leading the solution strategy of implementation until project cutover.
• Create and update solution plan documents, functional specifications and/or technical specifications.
• Ensure that system configurations and deployments are complete and accurate.
• Work with business users, SMEs, project teams and Solution Leads of the applications involved in the project.
• Provide assistance and support to business groups throughout project activities including end user training.
• Resolve production issues and accommodate enhancements or change requests.
• Validate results through testing, troubleshooting and investigations.
• SME who provides technical assessment and recommends industry best‑practice solutions.
• Comply with Globe's process documents and framework.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments, updates and offerings of the product in the area.
• Report and align tasks to supervisor, ES leads and domain leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of work experience in the field of IT, Support, Business Analysis or Finance & Accounting operations.
• Must have at least 7 years of experience in SAP (FICO) project delivery and/or operations.
• Must have at least 5-7 years of project implementation experience, from solutioning, blueprinting until hypercare and post go live support.
• Data migration, workflow management and business process knowledge.
• Exposure in SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage.
• Preferably knowledgeable in other SAP integrating modules such as REFX, IM, PS, FSCM, TRM, SD, MM or SAP Group Reporting.
• Must be eager to learn and willing to expand technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong time management capabilities.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
