Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a capable professional to drive financial and management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives. You will collaborate with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP-based solutions.

The role emphasizes solution design, data analytics, and compliance with Globe processes, delivering accurate reports and timely insights while supporting project implementation and hypercare activities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in implementing projects relating to financial and management reporting, budgeting or forecasting.
• Must have at least 2 years of project implementation experience, from solutioning, building until hypercare and post go live support.
• At least 3 years of work experience in IT, Support, Business Analysis and/or Finance operations.
• Preferably with experience in SAP Group Reporting or SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Controlling.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be eager to learn and willing to expand technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive solutioning and assess requirements during project implementation phases and change requests.
• Translate business requirements and processes into technical language; vice versa.
• May act as Solutions Designer and lead the creation of the Solution Plan (SP) to implementation and cutover.
• Collaborate with business users, SMEs, Project Managers and Solution Leads across applications.
• Ensure production issues are monitored and addressed.
• Adhere to Globe's process documents and framework.
• Report and align tasks to supervisor, ES leads and Domain leader.

Job Description

• Responsible for assessing requirements, driving functional design and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Preferred technology skills either SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Group Reporting or SAP Controlling.
• Familiar with management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and data analytics.
• Knowledgeable in the application of IFRS 15 and IFRS 18.

Roles And Responsibilities
