Job summary

Bauer Foundations Philippines Inc. invites applications for a BPM/Java-focused role to implement business processes using workflow systems and to develop ergonomic interfaces to core systems such as SAP or SharePoint.

The ideal candidate has a CS/IT degree, hands-on experience with BPM tools (IBM BPM, Axon.ivy, Activiti, Bonita, jBPM), strong Java skills, and solid web tech knowledge (PrimeFaces/JSF/HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience with BPM/workflow tools such as IBM BPM, Axon.ivy, Activiti, Bonita, jBPM.
• Strong Core Java programming skills.
• Knowledge of web technologies (PrimeFaces, JSF, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Job description

Your tasks:

• Implementation of business processes with a workflow management system
• Development of ergonomic user interfaces and interfaces to our core systems such as SAP or MS SharePoint
• Maintenanceand continuous further development of existing workflows as well asanalysis and recording of the requirements in the departments
• Documentation, training and contact persons for internal users
• Administration of applications and servers and user support requirements

Your profile:

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education
• Relevantworking experience with any of the Business Process Management /Workflow tools, like IBM BPM, Axon.ivy, Activiti, Bonita, jBPM, etc.
• Good programming skills in Core JAVA is a must
• Good knowledge of web technologies (PrimeFaces, JSF, HTML, CSS, Java Script)
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both speaking and writing
