Job summary

ABSI seeks an Apple Trainer to deliver engaging training on Apple products, services, and ecosystem to employees, partners, or customers. The role ensures learners gain knowledge, confidence, and skills to maximize Apple technology in daily work or personal use.

The ideal candidate will conduct sessions, customize materials by audience level, demonstrate features, and stay current with Apple releases while collaborating with stakeholders to align training goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in training, teaching, coaching, or customer education.
• Strong knowledge of Apple products and ecosystem.
• Apple certification (e.g., Apple Certified Trainer or Apple Product Professional) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Apple products, software, and services (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, iOS, macOS, etc.).
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training workshops
• Customize training materials based on audience skill level and learning objectives
• Demonstrate product features, best practices, and real‑world use cases
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback and coaching
• Stay up to date with Apple product releases, updates, and learning resources
• Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
• Collaborate with managers, retail teams, or corporate stakeholders to align training goals
