Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking an experienced Lead Appian Developer to design, build, and deploy Appian-based applications from inception to production. You will mentor a team of developers, drive best practices, and align technical solutions with business goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of Appian BPM, SAIL, REST/SOAP integrations, and a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field with 5–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Appian Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Appian BPM, SAIL, and Appian plugins.
• Experience with Appian integration using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Appian certification is a plus.
• Banking related experience is a plus.
