Job description

The Apartment Caretaker is responsible for the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the apartment building and its surrounding grounds. This role requires a hands-on individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Experience in building maintenance, property management, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Experience with basic handyman tasks is a plus.
