Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Regional Manager of Facilities to lead regional facilities operations across APAC, ensuring safe, clean, and cost-efficient environments. You will govern outsourced partners or on-site FM teams, align with global programs, and maintain assets within budget.

The role requires 7–10 years in facilities management, with at least 5 years in leadership, and fluency in English. It involves up to 30% travel, onsite work, and collaboration with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in facilities management or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in facilities management, with 5+ years in leadership.
• 5+ years managing outsourced vendors or outsourcing governance.

Responsibilities

• Governance of 3rd party outsource providers and internal facility teams for day-to-day operations.
• Act as APAC regional FM point of contact and escalate issues; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with global facilities leadership to implement regional strategies and SOPs.
• Communicate with global stakeholders; prepare presentations as needed.
• Lead site inspections and preventive maintenance programs per global standards.
• Visit regional sites to align processes with local client contacts and teams.
• Implement and oversee global programs (sustainability, SHE) in the region.
• Develop short- and long-term maintenance plans and asset documentation.
• Support global FM strategy and budget consolidation; provide guidance on budgets.
