Job summary

Deel is seeking a Pre‑Sales Solution Consultant (Delivery) to support APAC payroll customers as they move from Sales to Implementation. You’ll validate scope, readiness, and timelines, ensuring a complete view of payroll landscapes for mid-market and enterprise clients across Asia-Pacific.

You will collaborate with Onboarding and Project Managers to enable smooth handovers, manage risks, and enable scalable payroll growth across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of APAC payroll implementation or pre-sales experience.
• Deep knowledge of APAC payroll jurisdictions.
• Experience with multi-country payroll complexity and statutory obligations.
• Understanding of HRIS/HCM integrations.
• Excellent documentation and handover discipline.
• Ability to identify risks and challenge assumptions.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; English fluency required; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll discovery sessions across APAC with prospective and new customers.
• Document country scope, populations, processes, frequencies, benefits, and integrations.
• Identify risks, validate scope/timelines/rollout approaches.
• Prepare go-live dates and rollout plans for clients.
• Create delivery-ready handover packs for project teams.
• Support Sales on complex global payroll opportunities and validate scope in client calls.
