Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking an APAC Operations Risk & Controls Manager based in Manila, reporting to APAC Operations Management in Singapore. The role strengthens and maintains the risk and control environment across regional Operations, providing challenge to process owners and ensuring proper escalation through governance channels.

This position operates in a hybrid regional model, coordinating with global FCO teams to promote consistent risk standards and oversee material changes and resilience

Qualifications

• At least 7-10 years of experience in financial-markets operations, risk and controls.
• Experience in operations risk, controls, audit or related disciplines.
• Strong ability to coordinate risk events, remediation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the first-line Operations risk and control framework across APAC, aligned with Group policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a consolidated view of key operational risks, controls, issues, incidents and remediation across the region.
• Coordinate risk assessments, control attestations and other recurring risk activities, providing constructive challenge on control effectiveness.
• Escalate material risks and control weaknesses to APAC Operations Management and governance forums.
• Lead or coordinate investigations of material operational incidents, errors and losses, and ensure corrective actions are embedded.
• Develop and maintain risk management information and KRIs for APAC Operations and governance forums.
